Honestly... I've completely converted to Gorilla Mind Products across the board (except for the Gorilla Dream which didn't do anything for me after 2 bottles). The pre-workout, EAA's, creatine, glycerol, post-workout and I do the Gorilla Shroom which I was hesitant about initially but after 2 weeks of continuous use - I can honestly say I do feel better. My mood has increased. I enjoy the whey protein as well but for the price per serving - I'm sticking to Dymatize. I've been working out most my life and as I've gotten into my 40's I pay more attention to what ingredients and their servings are included in my supplements. Derek definitely has put together some incredibly unique products that have reinvigorated my fitness journey. Beforehand I would stick mostly to GAT nutrition but I've swapped out everything over the last two months after trying Gorilla Mind.

This is the first pre workout that has ever worked this way on me. The tub is much larger than the cheaper ones like C4 and you can watch the video on More plates more dates YouTube breaking out the ingredients for this. I do one heaping scoop in 16 oz of water and it’s still somewhat hard to get down but man does it work. I’ll be at the gym for an hour and a half sometimes. My new go to.

First thing I'll say is the flavor was just a wee bit lacking than what I had anticipated, but it's not bad. I started off with one scoop, then started mixing that with another pre I was trying to finish off. No issues until I went with 2 scoops. Idk if it was just my gut for those few days but I have been mixing 1 scoop of Gorilla Mode with another scoop of a different brand non stim pre and my stomach has been fine. I love Derek's material he has put out and he knows what he's doing with the formula/ingredients.
